Stone Belly Chain: NODE by REPIOR®

NODE is a stone belly chain strung by hand in our studio on elastic cord. Small stones are placed symmetrically around the waist and hips; the elastic slips on over the hips and holds comfortably, with no clasp at all.

Stone has a weight and a coolness that metal never quite has. On a hot day, the first touch is a small shock of cold. Within minutes it takes your warmth and becomes part of you, a cool string of earth around the waist.

Earth, worn lightly.

Points of Stillness

NODE is the point where lines meet and hold. Each stone in this chain is one of those points, a small, still weight that anchors the line as the body moves around it.

Each chain is strung by hand and sized to your measurement. Because stones are natural, every chain has its own palette and pattern.

How to Wear It

Step into the chain and ease it up to the waist, or slip it down from the shoulders. Wear it over swimwear, with linen trousers, or on bare skin beneath a loose top. Remove before sleeping or swimming.

Care Instructions
