1. Background
REPIOR offers Intimate Jewelry and Body Jewelry and operates an affiliate program (the “Affiliate Program”) through which affiliates can earn commissions by promoting the Products/Services.
2. Appointment
REPIOR hereby appoints the Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote the Products/Services by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Promotion
The Affiliate shall promote the Products/Services on the Affiliate Site and through other approved channels in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Commission
In consideration of the Affiliate’s promotion efforts, REPIOR shall pay the Affiliate a commission on sales generated through the Affiliate’s unique referral link or code. The commission rate and payment terms are as follows: 10% on each sale, payable by PayPal monthly with a minimum of 50 pounds.
5. Tracking and Reporting
REPIOR shall provide the Affiliate with access to a tracking dashboard to monitor sales, clicks, and commissions generated through the Affiliate’s efforts.
6. Intellectual Property
REPIOR grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely to promote the Products/Services under this Agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotion of the Products/Services.
8. Confidentiality
The Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information received from REPIOR confidential and to use such information solely for this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of United Kindown
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement shall commence upon the Affiliate’s completion and submission of the affiliated sign-up form and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
