At REPIOR, each creation is a unique dialogue between the artisan and the wearer. We strive for absolute perfection in every fit, yet we understand that some transitions require adjustment.
The Timeline
Notification: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a dialogue regarding your return or exchange.
Dispatch: Creations must be sent back to our studio within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Due to the immediate allocation of materials and the artisanal nature of our process, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been initiated. However, if you experience any complications, please reach out to our atelier.
Non-Returnable Creations
Due to the intimate nature and bespoke craftsmanship of REPIOR, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with structural defects:
- • Bespoke Anatomical Visions: Any item created to specific measurements or custom-tailored designs.
- • Intimate Adornments: For reasons of hygiene and anatomical integrity, pieces designed for direct skin contact or intimate areas cannot be returned.
- • Digital Revelations: This includes Anatomical Sizing Guides, Love Coupons, and all other digital downloads. These are non-refundable once the digital access is granted.
- • Archive & Sale Items: Pieces acquired during a final revelation or sale event.
Conditions of Return
Guests are responsible for return postage costs. To preserve the value of the piece, it must be returned in its original, unworn condition and within its original REPIOR packaging. If a creation is returned with signs of wear or damage, the guest is responsible for any resulting loss in value.
