For customs purposes, items are discreetly declared as "Custom Jewellery". The sender name will appear as REPIOR_Pilar Orenes, ensuring your privacy is maintained from our studio to your door.
Creation & Processing
As each piece is a work of artisanal devotion, please allow 1 to 3 working days for us to prepare your order for dispatch. During this time, your piece undergoes a final quality inspection and bespoke packaging protocol.

- Europe: 1 – 3 weeks
- United States: 2 – 5 weeks (Customs fees pre-paid)
