Aluminium Non-Piercing Body Chain: PULSE by REPIOR®
PULSE is an aluminium non-piercing body chain, formed by hand in our studio. It starts at the neck as a sculptural aluminium necklace and, with two or three chains added, continues down the body towards the pelvis. Aluminium is the lightest metal we work with, so even the fullest version sits on the skin with almost no weight at all.
Breathe, and the chains rise with you. PULSE is jewellery that keeps time with the body.

The Rhythm Under the Skin
A pulse is the body’s most private signal, felt at the throat and the wrist, rarely seen. PULSE takes that rhythm and gives it a shape: lines that begin at the neck, where the heartbeat is closest to the surface, and travel downwards through the torso.
Each piece is shaped by hand from aluminium wire. The necklace is formed first, then the chains are measured and attached so they hang in proportion to each other.

How to Wear It
Fasten the necklace first. If you have chosen chains, let them fall and fit any point of contact last, adjusting so every line rests against the skin without pulling. Remove the chains before the necklace. For nipple fittings, see how to wear non-piercing nipple rings.

Aluminium is soft enough to shape by hand and keeps the faint marks of the tools. This is the material, not a flaw.

Care Instructions
Aluminium is light and nickel-free. Wipe it dry after wear and store it in a pouch, away from heavier pieces that could bend it. Clean any part that touches intimate skin before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap.
