REPIOR FLUX Fake Septum Ring

The REPIOR FLUX fake septum ring is a hand-formed aluminium ring that rests on the septum and holds by gentle tension. It gives the look of a septum piercing with no needle and no healing time. Each option is a set of four rings, so you can match or contrast with whatever you wear.

The shape has a sense of movement, like a brushstroke caught in mid-sweep, so the ring looks drawn on rather than fixed in place.

Still Deciding

FLUX is form in motion, lines that seem to be still deciding where to go. On the septum the line curves, almost closes, and stops: open enough to sit comfortably, closed enough to look like a ring.

Pilar shapes every ring by hand in aluminium wire, adjusting the opening for a gentle hold. Aluminium can be eased slightly wider or narrower with your fingers, so each ring can be tuned to your own septum.

How to Wear It

Hold the ring with the opening facing up, slide the ends gently into the nostrils and settle it on the septum. Close it a fraction if loose, open it slightly if it pinches. Remove before sleeping. See our guide to non-piercing nose rings.
