REPIOR | COLLABORATIVE ARCHITECTURE PROTOCOL

Agreement

I. AGREEMENT & IDENTITY

By applying to the REPIOR Collaborative Architecture Protocol (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. REPIOR reserves the right to update and calibrate these terms to maintain our structural integrity.

Violation of any protocol below will result in the immediate termination of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. Use of this Program is at your own risk.

II. ACCOUNT PROTOCOL

1. Authorization: You must be 18 years or older. Accounts managed by “bots” or automated systems are strictly prohibited.

2. Integrity: You must provide your legal name and a valid professional email.

3. Security: You are responsible for the security of your access to the VOID Dashboard. REPIOR is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

4. Restrictions: You may not use your own affiliate links for personal acquisitions.

III. VISUAL & TERMINOLOGY STANDARDS (CRITICAL)

1. Technical Lexicon: Collaborators must use REPIOR’s Official Terminology. The use of common terms (e.g., “nipple rings”, “penis ring”) is a breach of protocol. You must use: Anatomical Architecture, Apex Orbits, Penile Base Constraint, Alar Nasal Orbit, etc.

2. The VOID Archive: You are permitted to use graphics and assets provided in our archive. Any modification that compromises our minimalist, high-contrast aesthetic is grounds for termination.

3. Accuracy: Links must point directly to the specific Anatomical Intervention (product) being promoted to ensure correct tracking.

IV. REVENUE ARCHITECTURE (COMMISSIONS)

1. Eligibility: Fees are earned only when a customer completes an order at REPIOR.COM via your Special Link during a single session.

2. Tracking: We only honor commissions tracked automatically by our internal systems. Manual claims for untracked sales will not be processed.

3. Rates:  10%

4. Threshold: Payouts begin once your balance exceeds £20. If the threshold is not met, the balance remains pending until the following cycle.

V. REPRESENTATION & CONDUCT

1. Relationship: You are an independent contractor. You may not imply that you are an employee, developer, or “spokesperson” for REPIOR.

2. Marketing Ethics: “Spamming,” overly aggressive marketing, or placing links on sites with low-quality or offensive content is strictly prohibited. REPIOR is a brand of precision and sophistication.

VI. TERMINATION & LIMITATIONS

1. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all rights to use our trademarks and assets are revoked.

2. Liability: REPIOR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Program. Our total liability is limited to the referral fees paid to you.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS & GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the UK. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and REPIOR, superseding any prior versions.
