Pearl Non-Piercing Nipple Chain Necklace: VEIL by REPIOR®

VEIL Pearls is a pearl non-piercing nipple chain necklace formed by hand from coated copper wire. The collar rests at the base of the neck; fine lines with pearl detail fall across the chest and close around the nipples in nooses or rings that hold by gentle tension. Add the waist chain and the line continues to the hips.

Pearls glow rather than sparkle. Over bare skin, they look like light caught in a veil of mist.

Not quite revealed. That is the whole idea.

The Art of the Half-Shown

VEIL is about what is half-shown: a fine line laid over the skin like gauze. The pearls make that gauze visible, small points of lustre that trace the body without covering it, so the eye follows the line rather than the jewel.

Every VEIL is formed in our studio. The collar is curved by hand, the pearls are threaded and fixed along the lines, and each orbit is shaped and refined until it lies close. The hand leaves its own rhythm in the spacing.

How to Wear It

Fasten the collar and let the pearl lines fall. Fit each orbit: a noose is loosened, placed and drawn softly snug; a ring is eased open, placed at the base of the nipple and gently closed. Care Instructions

Clean the orbits before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, and dry thoroughly. Keep pearls away from perfume and lotions, and wipe pearls and wire with a soft, dry cloth; the coated finish can tarnish with moisture. Store flat in a sealed pouch.
