Silver Choker Necklace: APEX by REPIOR®

APEX is a silver choker necklace: a sculptural collar finished by hand in silver, made to sit close around the neck and follow its natural curve. It is clean, bright and deliberately architectural.

The neck is where a portrait begins. Painters have always known it, which is why so many famous portraits are framed by a collar, a ribbon or a string of light at the throat. APEX takes that place and marks it with a single silver line.

The Line Turns Here

APEX is the highest point of a form, the place where a line turns. On the body, the neck is that point: the turn between face and shoulders, between what is shown and what is dressed. APEX gives that turn a frame.

Each APEX is shaped and finished by hand in our studio, then checked so the line sits evenly around the neck. Small differences from piece to piece come from the hand, not a mould.

How to Wear It

Place APEX around the base of the neck so it sits close without pressing. It works on its own with an open collar or a bare neckline, or layered with a longer chain. Remove it before sleeping, bathing or exercise.
