A Form That Holds With Intent

VALVE is a study in pressure, a form that opens, closes and holds with intent. That is exactly how a nose cuff works: open it a fraction, close it gently, and let it hold with just enough pressure to stay.

Each VALVE is formed by hand in our studio from coated copper wire and refined until it rests close to the skin. Because it is made individually, the one you give will be unlike any other.

How to Wear It

Open the cuff a fraction between thumb and forefinger. Slide it onto the outer edge of the nostril and press gently until it holds. It should rest against the skin, never pinch. Our guide to non-piercing nose rings is a useful note to pass on with the gift.
