The REPIOR AXIS copper necklace to nipple chain is built around an O-ring: a hand-formed copper collar with a circle at its centre, linked to the nipples in two mirrored lines, without any piercing.

REPIOR AXIS Copper Necklace to Nipple Chain

The REPIOR AXIS copper necklace to nipple chain is formed by hand from copper wire in a gold or silver finish. A collar sits at the base of the neck with an O-ring at its centre; from the ring, two symmetrical lines descend across the chest and attach at the nipples with non-piercing rings or nooses.

In copper, the O-ring feels softer than in steel, warmer, closer to skin tone: a small halo at the throat that the whole piece seems to hang from.

Circle and Line

AXIS is drawn along a single line, the body’s own centre of balance. The O-ring marks the point where that line begins, a closed circle from which two open lines set out. It is the oldest pairing in drawing: the point and the stroke.

Each piece is shaped by hand in copper wire, the ring closed and joined, the chains measured to fall evenly, and the nipple rings or nooses formed to the size you choose.

How to Wear It

Care Instructions

Clean the nipple orbits before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, and dry thoroughly. The plated finish can tarnish: keep it from moisture and perfume and polish with a soft, dry cloth.
