Steel Collar to Nipple Chain: APEX by REPIOR®

APEX is a steel collar to nipple chain made by hand in our studio in England. A stainless steel collar sits at the base of the neck, two fine lines descend across the chest, and each ends in a non-piercing attachment at the nipple: a ring, a noose or a four-screw clamp. A birthstone of your choice marks the piece as yours.

A Line That Turns at the Peak

APEX is the highest point of a form, the place where a line turns. This version adds a birthstone, so the piece carries a date as well as a direction: a month, a memory, a person.

The collar, chains and attachments are assembled and finished by hand in stainless steel. Rings and nooses are made to the size you select; the screw clamps can be adjusted to a firmer or lighter hold.

How to Wear It

Fasten the collar and let the chains fall freely. Fit each attachment in turn: rings and nooses rest at the base of the nipple, while screw clamps should be tightened slowly, only until secure. Begin with short wears. See how to wear non-piercing nipple rings for fit and comfort.

Care Instructions

Clean the nipple attachments before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then dry thoroughly. Stainless steel is tarnish-resistant; keep the stone away from perfume and knocks. Never share intimate pieces, and stop at once if you feel numbness, pain or a change in skin colour.
