Copper Nipple Chain Without Piercing: STITCH by REPIOR®

STITCH is a copper nipple chain without piercing, formed by hand from coated copper wire. A single line crosses the chest and joins both nipples, held at each end by an orbit that settles at the base by gentle tension. Nothing passes through the skin; the line only appears to.

It looks like a seam, a mark of making left on the body, as though you had been stitched together and decided to wear the thread.

A line that sews nothing and holds everything.

Thread Turned to Metal

STITCH is a single pass of thread through cloth, drawn here in metal. The reference is to dressmaking, to the patience of hand-sewing, and to the idea that the body can be adorned with the same care as a garment.

Pilar forms the line and the two orbits from coated copper wire, bending each by hand so the chain lies flat and the ends grip softly. Because nothing is cast or stamped, every STITCH carries the small irregularities of the hand that made it.

How to Wear It

Open the first orbit a fraction and close it gently at the base of one nipple. Repeat on the other side and let the line settle across the chest. It should lie close, never taut.
