Copper Wire Brooch: APEX by REPIOR®

APEX is a copper wire brooch, formed by hand from coated copper wire into a small sculptural line that rises, peaks and turns. It pins to a lapel, a coat, a scarf or a bag, and turns an ordinary piece of clothing into a setting.

Against wool or denim it looks like a drawing that has stepped off the page: a few strokes of colour, perfectly placed.

One line, chosen carefully. That is enough.

The Highest Point

An apex is the highest point of a form, the place where a line turns. APEX is built around that moment. The wire climbs, reaches its peak and changes direction, giving the brooch its sense of movement even when it is still.

Each brooch is bent by hand from one length of wire, then refined until the line is clean and the pin closes securely. Beads or a heart can be added as a finishing note.

How to Wear It

Pin it through the fabric where you want the eye to land: a lapel, the collar of a coat, the knot of a scarf, the strap of a bag. Fasten the pin fully and check it is secure. Heavier fabrics hold it best.

Care Instructions
