REPIOR AXIS Non-Piercing Body Chain

The REPIOR AXIS non-piercing body chain begins at the navel: a steel belly button piece worn without a piercing, alone or with a fine steel chain that descends from it down the centre of the body towards the pelvis.

The navel is the body’s first centre. A line drawn from it downward is one of the most suggestive gestures in jewellery, all the more so for how simple it is.

AXIS is drawn along a single line, the body’s own centre of balance. This piece follows that line in its most intimate stretch: from the navel downward, one thin thread of steel that turns the belly into a path.

Each piece is assembled and finished by hand in our studio. Steel was chosen for its strength, its clean colour and its resistance to tarnish.

How to Wear It

Place the navel piece so it sits comfortably in place, without a piercing. With the chain option, let the steel fall straight down the centre of the body and secure the lower end gently. Steel is tarnish-resistant: rinse after wear and dry with a soft cloth. Clean every part that touches intimate skin before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap.
