No Piercing Nose Ring: GRAFT by REPIOR®

GRAFT is a no piercing nose ring: a slender orbit of coated copper wire, shaped by hand to follow the curve of the nostril and hold there by gentle tension. Seen from the front, it reads as a real piercing.

Some call it a fake nose ring, or a clip-on. It is neither fake nor a clip. It is a nose cuff held by the spring of its own wire, the most essential form of handmade nose jewellery.

All of the look. None of the needle.

Joined Until It Belongs

GRAFT takes its name from the gardener’s craft: one form joined to another until they grow as one. A good nose cuff should do the same, settling into the shape of the nostril until it looks as if it had always been there.

Each GRAFT is formed by hand in our studio from a single length of coated copper wire. It is curved, closed and refined until it lies flat against the skin and grips without pressing. Small differences between cuffs are the trace of the hand.

How to Wear It

Open the cuff a fraction between thumb and forefinger. Slide it onto the alar rim, the outer edge of the nostril, and press gently until it holds. It should rest against the skin, never pinch. Remove it in a second, wear it again tomorrow. Our guide to non-piercing nose rings explains more.
