Each ring is wound to your size around a mandrel and adjusted by hand so it lies flat, grips softly and never pinches.

How to Wear It

Open each ring very slightly, slide it around the nipple and press it closed until it rests at the base. The fit should be secure and comfortable; if you feel numbness or pins and needles, loosen or remove it straight away. Begin with short wears.
