Non-Piercing Spiral Nose Cuff: STITCH by REPIOR®

STITCH is a non-piercing spiral nose cuff: coated copper wire wound by hand into a small, tight coil, then shaped into an orbit that closes around the alar rim. The spiral catches light where a stud would sit, and the cuff holds by gentle tension.

Look closely and the coil resembles thread wound on a bobbin, or the whorl of a tiny seashell. From a distance it reads as a single point of light.

Wound tight. Worn lightly.

One Pass, Wound Into a Coil

STITCH is a single pass of thread through cloth, drawn here in metal. In this cuff, the thread keeps going: the wire passes round and round on itself until the stitch becomes a coil.

Each STITCH is wound by hand in our studio, turn by turn, then formed into its orbit and refined until it rests comfortably on the nostril. Coils wound by hand vary slightly in their turns, and that variation is part of each piece.

How to Wear It

Open the cuff a fraction between thumb and forefinger. Slide it onto the outer edge of the nostril, coil facing outward, and press gently until it holds. It should rest, never pinch. Our guide to non-piercing nose rings explains fit and comfort.
