Coated copper wire is formed by hand into an orbit that rests at the base of the nipple, held by gentle tension, with pearls set along its line. It goes on gently and comes off in a moment.

Pearl Nipple Cuff: SUTURE by REPIOR®

SUTURE Pearls is a pearl nipple cuff, shaped by hand from coated copper wire and set with pearls. The orbit circles the nipple and rests at its base, held by gentle anatomical tension. No piercing, no healing time. The pearls give the line a soft, moonlit glow.

Pearls have always belonged to intimate occasions: weddings, first nights, heirlooms passed quietly from hand to hand.

Pearls Along the Seam

SUTURE borrows its name from the surgeon’s stitch: a line that closes, holds and heals. With pearls set along it, that line becomes something precious, a seam decorated like the finest couture.

Each cuff is wound to your size, set with its pearls and refined by hand so it lies flat and grips evenly. Every one is finished individually.

How to Wear It

Open the cuff a fraction, slide it around the nipple and press it closed so the pearls rest at the front. It should feel secure, never tight. Start with short wears and remove it at once if you notice numbness. Our guide on how to wear non-piercing nipple rings explains more.

Care Instructions

Clean before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then dry thoroughly. Keep pearls away from perfume, lotions and hairspray, which can dull their surface. The coated finish can tarnish with time; polish the wire with a soft, dry cloth. Never share intimate pieces, and stop wearing at once if you feel numbness, pain or a change in skin colour.
