Pearl Copper Non-Piercing Nipple Chain Necklace: VOID by REPIOR®

VOID Pearl is a pearl copper non-piercing nipple chain necklace formed by hand in copper wire with a silver, gold or rose gold finish. A collar sits at the base of the neck; fine lines with pearl detail descend across the chest and close around the nipples in orbits that hold by gentle tension.

A pearl in an open curve looks like a drop of water about to fall. It never does.

Suspended, never finished. That is its charm.

The Pearl and the Gap

VOID is built around absence: an open curve that the body itself completes. The pearl sits inside that idea like a full stop placed in the middle of a sentence. It gives the eye somewhere to rest, then sends it on along the line.

In our studio, the collar is curved by hand, the pearl detail is set along the lines, and each orbit is formed and refined until it lies close and grips without pinching. Each piece is made on its own.

How to Wear It

Fasten the collar first and let the lines fall. Ease each orbit open a fraction, place it at the base of the nipple and press it gently closed. Care Instructions

Clean the orbits before and after every wear with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then dry. Keep the pearl away from perfume and lotions, and wipe it and the wire with a soft, dry cloth; the plated finish can tarnish with damp. Store in a sealed pouch.
